What you will be doing
As Global Business IT-Manager – IT & Digital PMO (m/f/d) you will have two main responsibilities:
• IT & Digital PMO:
- Platform owner of Project and Portfolio Management Tool
- Setup IT & Digital Project Governance, PPM Platform, KPIs and monitor them
- Setup project quality gates, review project stages and escalate to management on-time when necessary
- Provide and enable demand manage­ment, project prioritization, financial reporting, resource planning, and reporting to senior manage­ment
- Support project managers in risk, change and communication management
- Communicate, train and coach project managers and project teams to use the project governance standards and processes
- IT Lead for Business Process Management:
- Platform owner of Business Process Management Tool
- Coordinate end-to-end process definition, modeling and improvements

Who we are looking for
• Master degree in field of IT / Business Economics with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the similar function
• Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of a project, Planisware tool know how is an asset
• Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects, PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in end-to-end business process modeling and business process management
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
• Affinity with and interest in a broad range of (digital) technologies
• Familiar with or open to new learning technologies
• Experience of Program and Project level financial management
• Experience of defining and delivering benefits realization for projects and program
• Fluency in English required
